I am an open minded person who loves to lead teams to sucess. I believe people work most effectively in a team environment to achieve a successful outcome.  The team should strive to perform at the highest standard not just for themselves but for the entire team.

 

I believe as a leader and a member of a team each person including myself needs to behave as if the customer has personally asked for them. They should have pride in every project they create and submit.

 

As a student I am aiming to obtain an internship or traineeship at a game design/programming company. eg. Frostbite or Bungie. I will continue to update and develop my skill as multimedia is an idustry which is consitantly evolving at a rapid pace.
